About me
The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) can carry out routine nursing procedures,
and monitor specific pathologies and common polypathologies, in collaboration with your doctor.

Renewing your treatment prescriptions and adjusting your dosage

He/she has the skills to carry out some medical tasks, such as prescribing paraclinical, biological or imaging tests...
BUT ALSO:

He/She will also be the link with the other health professionals looking after you, to ensure the best possible organisation of your care.
She will meet with you for a personal consultation:
>> Assess your health.
>> Follow up and monitor complications
>> Accompanying and advising patients as they move towards appropriate dietary hygiene measures, adapted physical activity, recommended cancer screenings, and updating of compulsory and recommended vaccinations (all groups).
Information and therapeutic education about your condition: diabetes, renal failure, hypertension, heart failure, hypercholesterolaemia, etc.
In addition to your routine nursing care, such as wound care and follow-up, suture care, gypso-therapy, ECG, spirometry, tele-expertise, remote monitoring, etc...
At the same time, you will continue to see your doctor for an overall review of the progress of your treatment.
Consultations are reimbursed by the French health care system or your private insurance in the same way as for a doctor.

I welcome you to my practice or to your home, for your follow-up, in conjunction with your GP. I can help you with health education and coaching in relation to chronic polypathologies and common pathologies.
Trained in phytotherapy and endo-biogenics, I can help and advise you on the use of phytotherapy to prevent any risk of interaction or incompatibility with your medication.

In a private session, I offer to help you take control of your chronic illness. You'll get to know your illness and be able to manage your symptoms and treatment, as well as identifying their side-effects.
